Act 1

Act 1 of ”Mimosas with Mama“ is a fabulous cabaret variety show including our signature Game Show (This Deal is a Drag) for our ½ time fun.

Act 2

Act 2 of the show features one of our unique, professionally choreographed and produced “Mini Musicals” which have received rave reviews from many media sources.

30Minute Hairspray!!

"Mimosas with Mama" is known for their Mini-musical adaptations and they have had an amazing run of shows over the past few years including: 30minute DreamGirls, The Wicked WIZ of OZ, Mama Mia, 9to5-ish, A Boob Job for Christmas and 30minute-ish Little Shop, now "Mimosas with Mama" is going back to their roots to revamp the mini musical that started it all; 30minute Hairspray!! The show that started it all has been remastered and restaged with ALL new lighting design and over the top costuming by the fabulous Reymond Chapman!! Join the cast of "Mimosas with Mama" as they take you on a wild and zany whirlwind journey back to 1960's making you want to sing out: Good Morning Baltimore! 30minute Hairspray tells the story of a plus sized girl, Tracy Turnblad (played by Tipsy Rose Lee) who wants nothing more than to be accepted for the beauty she is and she wants to DANCE on the Corny Collins Show at WYZT! Along the way Tracy's mother, Edna Turnblad (Played by Mama Tits) learns to break out of her shell and jump into the fun that is the 1960's, while Tracy falls madly in love with the adorable Link (played by Dan Davidson) Although the classically bitchy vixen Velma VonTussle (played by Isabella Extynn) and her Daughter Amber VonTussle (played by Ruby Bouché) have different plans for the two of them. Will the VonTussle's get their way or will the Turnblad's prevail? You'll have to see the show to find out, Just know that you cant stop the beat!
 
Our team has taken the original John Waters film, the movie musical, and the Broadway production of Hairspray and deconstructed all three shows to then weave together our own 30minute version. There are 12 characters in our production and only five cast members - you have to see it to believe it!, its a quick change extravaganza!!
